Our Mission - Fuelling Your Ambition

We work with ambitious founders and entrepreneurs who are looking to move beyond the solo grind of being alone at the top. Our members are typically owners of established, growing small businesses ready to scale and crave high-level strategic coaching and real accountability. They often have a portfolio of businesses, or ideas and are interested in growth starting with themselves.

Our exclusive in-person Quarterly Board Meetings and luxury events are integral to the Strategic Circle, and these are currently hosted across luxury locations across the heart of England, so although we are open to members from any location, we primarily serve members who are commutable to the midlands quarterly.

This is a high-impact, focused engagement. Commitment includes an annual 6-hour strategy day in person, one monthly 60-minute coaching session online, and four in-person Quarterly Board Meetings. We expect members to actively engage with their curated peer board for maximum success. There are also monthly reset sessions, quarterly reset sessions and monthly group coaching sessions open for all members to attend to maximise their membership.

We hand-pick each peer board (max 8 founders) to ensure a synergistic blend of non-competing business owners who are a perfect mix of personalities and skills to provide maximum support, diverse perspectives, and honest accountability—all chaired by the Strategic Circle Chair and Founder, Emma.

The Ambitious Growth Model is the award winning framework aligning personal and business goals and strategies in to one blueprint, created and licensed by our sister company, Real World Consultancy. It is used during your annual strategy day to craft a detailed, holistic blueprint for your personal and business goals, and is used as the basis for quarterly reporting to ensure every action you take leads to quantifiable results.

Admission starts with application to the waitlist, this unlocks access to our exclusive Experience Day for those founder’s who may be a fit. This allows you to get a feel for the circle experience, experience the power of sharing with other female founders in a safe space, and enables us to ensure a mutual fit.
