    • Description: A transformative session helping you gain ultimate clarity on what you want, why you want it, and where you might be getting in your own way.

  • Strategic Mapping Session (1:1 Online or In-Person) | 2 Hours

    • Objective: To become Circle Ready with a clear Strategy on a Page, incorporating 3-year and 12-month goals.

    • Description: A hands-on session translating your vision into a validated strategy while stripping away operational noise to ensure your roadmap is strategically sound.

Quarterly Governance & Accountability ( 28 Hours Group per year)

  • Strategic Peer Board (In-Person) | 6 Hours

    • Objective: To secure a validated set of next-quarter OKRs for each member, supported by unfiltered peer challenge and feedback.

    • Description: Held at a five-star luxury location, your inner circle of high-calibre peers provides unbiased advice on complex decisions while reflecting on lessons.

  • Quarterly Performance Review (Online) | 1 Hour

    • Objective: To reflect on previous OKRs, ensure overall strategy alignment, and draft the next quarter OKRs to be Board Ready.

    • Description: An expertly guided session to look back on results and plan the next sprint while identifying any Pivot or Persist moments in your strategy.

Monthly Execution & Performance ( 24 Hours Group per year)

  • Monthly Progress Check (Online) | 1 Hours

    • Objective: To establish a clear focus for the upcoming month with an aligned plan of action.

    • Description: An action-focused session helping you continuously review and reset to maximise the month ahead.

  • Monthly Productivity Check (Online) | 1 Hours

    • Objective: To gain clarity, focus, and a deeper sense of self-management.

    • Description: Focused purely on the founder to address the productivity and mindset shifts required to get out of your own way and execute at a high level.

  • Circle Socials (Ad-hoc) | Various

    • Description: Bringing amazing founders together to remove the isolation layer and connect outside of the boardroom.

Investment Architecture

  • Circle Membership: £425 per month | £4,590 per annum

  • Circle + Monthly 60minute 1:1 Coaching: £550 per month | £5,940 per annum
