Our Strategy Days offer a dedicated six-hour session to focus exclusively on your business, professional and personal growth. They provide the space, facilitation, and structure you need to transform your thoughts into a clear strategy and actionable plan.
Together with your Strategic Chair, you will have a call to define the day's agenda to get clarity and an action plan in exactly the right area for you, right now! We use our Ambitious Growth Model to help provide a framework for strategic clarity, and then create a strategy and plan which is completely bespoke to you.
All you need to do on the day is come prepared to be inspired, challenged, and ready to trust the process.

Prices range from £1000+VAT* for a one off session, through to £800+VAT* when booked as a regular arrangement.
(* plus expenses if more than 20 miles from Worcester.)

The strategy days are 6 hours long, we normally suggest breaking this down with a half hour lunch to refuel!

While we can do strategy days online, we always think there is nothing more powerful than getting in a room with some post it notes and whitepaper!
However, if you do want to do your session online, we suggest breaking it down in to two 3 hour sessions over two consecutive days to prevent screen burnout.

If members of your team will be responsible for implementing the strategy, their involvement is even more powerful, so we suggest getting them involved when we get to the action plan stage.
Remember, action starts with ownership.
